Lost Stolen or Damaged Report

The Lost Stolen or Damaged Report shows all items that have been marked as lost, stolen or damaged in your store.

Note: Items that are still in the Lost or Damaged Event will appear on the Inventory Base Report


To run this report, first click "Reports" from the Bravo Dashboard

Next, select "Lost, Stolen or Damaged" from the list of Inventory Reports on the Reporting Screen:

Once you click "Preview" you will see a pop-up box that will allow you to configure the report:

You can select to view events opened in a certain date range, or events closed during a given date range.

You can view by event number.

You can sort by Item Number or Event.

Click OK once you have all of your criteria set.

The first section of the report shows all of the items, separated by item number, that are marked as lost, stolen or damaged in the date range given.

This page shows the following details:

  • Item Number
    • This is the Bravo Item #
  • Description
    • What is the item?
  • Cost
    • What is the store's cost or investment in the item?
  • Price
    • If item was priced, what was the item priced at?
  • Status
    • What is the current status of the item?
  • Event Date
    • When was the item marked as lost, stolen or damaged?
  • Resolution
    • Has there been any resolution to the event?
  • Event #
    • What is the event number that the item was marked in?

 

The second section of the report shows a summary by event number.  

Each event is grouped together and broken out to see:

  • Event #
  • Status
  • Missing (Quantity, Cost, Price)
  • Stolen Controllable (Quantity, Cost, Price)
  • Stolen Non-Controllable (Quantity, Cost, Price)
  • Damaged Controllable (Quantity, Cost, Price)
  • Damaged Non-Controllable (Quantity, Cost, Price)
  • Total (Quantity, Cost, Price)

 

 

The last section of the report shows a total of all events, broken down by:

  • Missing
  • Stolen Controllable
  • Stolen Non-Controllable
  • Damaged Controllable
  • Damaged Non-Controllable
  • Total

And finally there is a "Reconciliation Summary".  This shows all credits given by event and the total item count for items reconciled.
