Master Jewelry Label

Learn how to configure and print Bravo's Master Jewelry Labels, which are designed to consolidate pricing and item info for multiple jewelry pieces under one label, simplifying display and sales.

For stores that take in multiple jewelry items on the same pawn, buy, trade-in, or consignment ticket, Bravo can print a Master Jewelry Label that will allow you to place all of those jewelry items into a single envelope and label them as a group of items. To configure this, simply navigate to System Configuration, select the Configuration tab, Select POP CONFIG, and enable the Print Master Jewelry Label checkbox.

Once enabled, all jewelry items on a single ticket containing multiple jewelry items will be given the same barcode and item number, which will end in "-00". For example, if you write a loan for two rings, one necklace, and a cell phone, and the loan number is LT-BRV123456 you will receive the following tag printouts:

  • One label for the cell phone, with barcode and item number for item LT-TST007140-01
  • One Master Jewelry Label, with barcode and item number for three items, all numbered LT-TST00714-00.

Because the items are intended to all be contained in one envelope, the Location of each item will be synchronized with the Location of the other items described on the Master Jewelry Label. If you go to Loan/Buy Management and change the Location of one, the Location of the other two will also be updated. Location can also be set during item acquisition.

During a Physical Inventory Audit, items in the session that are all associated with the same Master Jewelry Label will be reconciled as Found when you scan the barcode or enter the item number ending in "-00".
