This Police Export Type is specifically designed for use in Mesa, AZ, where some additional information is required to be sent to Leads Online. To configure it in System Configuration > Configuration tab > POLICE EXPORT CONFIG > PRIMARY POLICE EXPORT CONFIG > Export Type, select "LEADS ONLINE MESA AZ VERSION" or "LEADS ONLINE MESA AZ VERSION FTP6", depending on your export's FTP destination.
Here in System Configuration, you can also enter the required text to be sent to Leads Online and displayed to your customers as they sign their pawn/buy tickets. The text may be up to 2000 characters in length.
The text will also appear on the Capture Signature dialog that appears when you use the Topaz Signature Capture Plug-In. Make sure to download and install the newest version of the plug-in from http://www.bravoinstall.com/BravoInstall/plugins/ to ensure that the configured Pledger statement appears on the dialog.
Show this dialog to the customer as you ask for their signature, so they are able to read the statement and affirm it with their signature.
The rest of your police export configuration and exporting process will be performed exactly as specified in our Police Export Configuration For Leads Online article.
If you or Leads Online reset your username or password, you will also need to change your FTP Username and/or Password in Bravo as well! So make sure to contact Leads Online if this is the case.
Usage of this Police Export Type is also accompanied by usage of the "SM-01 AZ" Pawn Ticket Form, which can be configured under System Configuration > Configuration tab > POP CONFIG > Pawn Ticket Form.
This Pawn Ticket Form will display the customer's digital signature and fingerprint when printed.
