Mobile messaging templates now have the option to add the special link to our mobile app. Works the same as the link in Automatic Notices. Click here to see more about Automatic Notices:
Mobile App Link can be seen as a shortcut button on your messaging templates. Just click on the button and it will be added to your message.
Customer side:
Once you have setup your templates, here is what the MobileApp.Link will look like on the customer's mobile device.
TEXT MESSAGE NOTIFICATION:
This is what the text message notification looks like. Briefly describes that it is from the store, the ticket number that is due and the instructions to download and activate MobileApp.
MOBILEPAWN NOTIFICATION:
This is what the MobileApp link looks like within the app. Briefly describes that it is from the store, the ticket number that is due and a link to view/pay on the loan/layaway.
