MobilePawn users can now easily switch between multiple stores without needing to log out and back in. Whether you're working with one shop or several, you can access all your linked accounts from one device.
Who Can Use This Feature?
All MobilePawn users can switch between stores—regardless of whether they originally logged in with an activation code or email.
Accessing the Company Switcher

Tap the ☰ (hamburger menu) in the top-left corner.

Tap Pawnshops.
This will open a screen showing all the pawnshops you’ve activated on your device.
The Pawnshops Screen
You'll see a list of stores you’ve already connected to. Tap any store to switch accounts instantly—no need to sign in again.

To add a new store, tap the 
icon at the top right.
Find Your Store
After tapping the house icon, you’ll land on the Find Your Store screen. From here, you can connect to a new pawnshop by:

Using your zip code
-
Letting the app use your current location
- Entering a company code
Once you select a store, follow the prompts to join the store.
Explore and Connect
When you search by zip code or location, you’ll see a list of nearby pawnshops. Tap a store to view:

Address and phone number

“About Me” info (pulled from System Configuration > Web Tab > About Me)
If the store looks familiar or is the one you’re trying to connect with, tap Join Store. This will:

Prefill your MobilePawn details into a customer form

Automatically create a new customer profile for you at that location
Once connected, the store will be added to your Pawnshops list—making it easy to switch between accounts anytime using the hamburger menu.
