MobilePawn Transactions made with Fortis
You will learn how MobilePawn handles transactions made with Fortis, including processing payments securely and syncing with Bravo for accurate records.
This article is going to go over how to find transactions that happened throughout any time frame that used Fortis for a payment processor on MobilePawn.
First, you will go to Void/View Transactions and select Ad Hoc Reporting. In this Ad Hoc you will go to Tender Items, and choose Tender Type.

Change the operator on the Tender Type function to be in so that you can choose multiple tender types.

Finally, choose the following Tender Types
- Web American Express
- Web Discover
- Web Master Card
- Web Visa
It should end up looking something like this:

You can save this report for future use by typing in a name at the very top of the Ad Hoc in "Enter new custom report name" and hitting Save after choosing whether to share the Ad Hoc or not.
Once you run the report you have all transactions done on MobilePawn that were paid with one of those tenders. In order to see what tenders were used for what transaction you can use the Column Chooser to add the Tender Types listed above.
Just right click on any of the Column Headers and choose Show Column Chooser

Once you have done that you can then click on the checkbox to add the column to the far right side of the list. You can also drag the column to wherever you want it. Now you can add all the Tender Types available for Web payments.
Also, some transactions may show up as being done on a different day than you might expect. Once you close Bravo, all transactions for that Business Day are locked, and any transactions that make it in after that are on the following day. The opposite could also be said for this, if you do not close your store every day the Business Date will show as whatever the most recent date the store was opened on and therefore in Bravo many reports will show as this payment coming in on the store's last known Business Date. So make sure to also add the Column Chooser for Business Date in order to verify when the account should have settled into your bank account, as the Time and Business Date columns might not always match up.

As you can see here I have transactions showing under Time at 1/10/2020, but the Business Date is showing as 1/2/2020. Under several reports these transactions will only show up under that 1/2/2020 Business Date.

Once you are happy with your layout you can click the Print List button on the far right side and save the sheet or print it out.
