Product Price Guide Report

The Product Price Guide Report, sometimes known as Product Knowledge, is a generated report showing detailed information on a specific product. It provides statistical knowledge on the item based on its past loans, buys, price, sales, and much more!

Once inside the Estimator, you can find the Price Guide Report button in the bottom left-hand corner of the Add Item Screen.

Below is a detailed example of the Product Intelligence Report that Bravo generates:

Predictive AI Pricing (New)

1. Sales QTY: Global sales transactions in the last year.
2. Active Inventory QTY: The number in active inventories globally.
3. Price Suggestion: This is the "high average price" of items sold over the last 1, 2, or 3 years based on the item category.
   
   • Electronics - Takes into account last 1 year of sales.
   • Video Games - Takes into account last 2 years sales.
   • All Others - Takes into account last 3 years sales.
4. Sales Price Analysis: Global pricing statistics based on that same time range by category.  For better results we always exclude outliers (super low or high prices).
5. Sales Metrics: Similar to number 4 but has sold amounts instead of item prices.
6. Sales Price Predictor Scatter Plot: This shows item prices on sold items over a period of time in a scatter plot.  The red dot denotes the center price for each time range.  This allows users to see what the prices were on sold items over time.  Note that there are three choices to change how the scatter plot works: Mid-Range, Recent Range, Most Recent Range and we default to using the Recent Range as the algorithm.  It basically allows the user to adjust the scatter plot to weight more recent sales more than older sales. 
7. Median Sales Price and Predictive Trend Lines: This shows the median price of sold items over time and also allows you to see a prediction of what we believe the median price will be over the next 3 months.  This is great for items that depreciate quickly or where turnover is slow.

Sales Price Guide

Modifications to the Sales Price Guide

1. The Sales Price Analysis:
   • This used to be average price on sold items over last 3 years for the NEW condition, then adjusted down 10% for each condition.  This now uses the below logic for the timespan:
     • Electronics - Takes into account last 1 year of sales.
     • Video Games - Takes into account last 2 years sales.
     • All Others - Takes into account last 3 years sales.
   • The report then calculates the "High Average Price" which is the higher of the average sale price range which is more accurate than straight average.  This high average price is used for the Very Good condition and then adjusts 10% up/down for each other condition.
2. The Suggested Item Price has been renamed, the range is now dynamic based on category (same as described in number 1 above) and the value used is the new High Average Price instead of Median Price. 
3. The Median Price Sold also uses the new dynamic time range and the has been moved below Price Suggestion.

Modifications to the Loan Amount Guide

1. Median Price Sold has a different time range based on category.
   • Electronics - Takes into account last 1 year of sales.
   • Video Games - Takes into account last 2 years sales.
   • All Others - Takes into account last 3 years sales.
2. Forfeiture Analysis time range also based on category.  See above #1. 
   • Redemption Rate - Average of the last 12 months
     • Expired Qty / New Loans Qty
3. The Loan Forfeiture Amount was previously for the company, it is now global.

Average Buy Amount Trend - Last 12 Months : (On Left) is a twelve-month historical graph of the average buy amount.

Pawn Amount Trend - Last 24 Months : (On Right) is a twenty-four-month historical graph of the average loan amount.
