If you need to quickly see a list of all items in your store that are on hold at any given time, you can run the On Hold Listing report.
First go to "Reports" from the Bravo Dashboard:
Next select "On Hold Listing" from the Loan Reports section of the reporting screen:
There is no configuration. The report will automatically run to show current items on hold as of the moment of the report.
The top of the report will show loans. Under loans will be any inventory items on hold.
This report will show all hold reasons:
- COURTESY HOLD
- POLICE LOAN HOLD
- POLICE PICKUP
- BANKRUPTCY
- FIREARM IN PROCESS
- FIREARM DENIED
- PAID HOLD REDEEM
- BANKRUPTCY
- POLICE INVENTORY HOLD
