One fee per Notice Group
Learn how Bravo limits each notice group to a single fee, ensuring customers aren’t charged duplicate fees for multiple items in the same group.
California customers that send one notice with multiple loans can properly charge only once for that notice. The One Notice Fee program will only charge the notice fee on the first loan of the notice that the customer pays or redeems. Once that fee is paid, all other loans of the same notice do not charge the notice fee. Therefore the store is going to collect on the notice fee even if the customer only redeems the last ticket of the notice.

How to Start or Setup:
Contact your Bravo representative to have this setup.
Notice Group number:
Each notice sent will be assigned a number or Notice Group number. The Notice Group number will be available via Column Chooser in Active Loans and Loans/Buys.
Active Loans:
Notice Group number will only be seen if the fee has not been paid. Paid Notice Group fees will no longer show in the Notice Group column.
Loans/Buys:
Notice Group number will always be available regardless if it has been paid for reporting and researching purposes.
Transaction screen:
Current Loans window:
When in the Transaction screen and you click on one of the loan action buttons such as Renewal or Redemption, the Current Loans screen loads to show you the loans available for action. The Charges column will calculate all loans of a Notice Group with the same notice fee. After loans have been selected and staged in the Transaction screen that the first loan selected in that Notice Group will have the fee and the other loans will not. If the Notice Group fee has been paid, the Notice Group number will appear blank in the Current Loans screen.

Loan Transaction staging:
When a loan is paying a Notice Group fee, the Notice Group number is shown. All loans in the below example were in the same Notice Group. Only the one loan showing the Notice Group number is paying the fee.

If the loan paying the fee is deleted from Transaction Staging, amounts will be recalculated, as the next loan in the same Notice Group will pay the fee.

Active Loans:
The Active Loans screen now has the option in Column Chooser to add the Notice Group. Notice Group does not show up automatically and will have to be added. All Mock Redeem and Mock Renew calculations will include the Notice Group fee, therefore the quoted total may be more than the actual total. Once the Notice Group fee has been paid, the Notice Group number will not show on this screen.

Loan History:
Loan History report is where you can see what loan/transaction paid the Notice Group fee. Also if a paid Notice Group fee payment was voided. This will also show in Loan History.
Notice Group fee paid in this ticket/transaction:
The renewal ticket that pays the fee shows the Notice Group number and what other loan tickets were on the same notice and no longer owe a notice fee.

Void of a renewal with Notice Group Fee paid in this transaction/ticket:
Shows what Notice Group number was affected by the void.

Notice Group fee paid on another loan ticket:
Shows the Notice Group number, loan ticket and transaction that were voided.

Void of Notice Group Fee paid on another transaction/ticket:

Void/View:
From the Void/View screen, you can see what Notice Group was paid and how much the Notice fee was. Voiding a renewal or redemption that paid the Notice Group fee will make the fee available to be paid by other loans of that same Notice Group.
