Pay Loans Without a Ticket

Learn how to post a loan payment in Bravo when a customer does not have their pawn ticket, this includes redemptions, renewals, partial payments, and extensions.

This article will cover making a payment on a loan when customers do not have their ticket to scan. We will cover the Multi Payment feature, which enables stores to quickly process redemptions, renewals, or extension payments for  one or multiple active loans, consolidating them into one transaction.

Instructions

If a ticket is not presented, a Lost Ticket Fee may be charged. To waive it, click the Remove Lost Ticket button. This fee is applied because the system assumes the ticket wasn't scanned.
  • On the Dashboard, search for and Select the customer.
  • Navigate to the right side menu, and select Multi Payment.
  • If Multi Payment is not available, there will other payment option on the right panel like; Redemption, Renewal, Partial Payment and Buy Ticket  if the store is configured for them.
  • Payment options available are Redeem, Renew and Payment.
  • If your store does not support a particular payment type, it will not show up on the screen

Redeem (Pay off a loan)

  • Click the checkbox for one or more loans to Redeem.
  • Click the pencil icon on the row to remove or add a Lost Ticket fee.
  • Click Ok, then Next to finalize the transaction.

Renew (Pay interest and rewrite loan)

  • Click the checkbox for one or more loans to Renew.
  • Confirm the Start date of new loan.
  • Click the pencil icon on the row to remove or add a Lost Ticket fee.
  • Choose the MLA option, then Next to finalize the transaction.

Payment/Extension (Pay interest and extend loan)

  • Click the checkbox for one or more loans for Payment and it will bring up the Extend Loan Detail window.
  • Select the days to extend the loan and click Ok or choose the Multiselect Extension Options
  • Click Ok, then Next to finalize the transaction.

Partial Payment (Pay towards accrued interest)

If this option is available for your store then

  • Selecting Partial Payment will bring up the Partial Payment window.
  • A payment amount over the Minimum payment to extend the loan, will be applied towards the Principal.
  • Click Ok and then Next to finalize the transaction.
