This article will help you configure your store for a police export through BWI.

Police Export Configuration
Start by checking your Police Export Configuration settings. Select System Configuration from the Bravo Dashboard.
Navigate to the Configuration Tab, then scroll down and open Police Export Config. You are going to want to edit the Primary Police Export Config settings.

Enter the following settings:
- For Police Store ID enter your BWI Shop ID
- For Export Type select the appropriate BWI Option (see below)
- Under FTP User ID enter your BWI User ID
- Under FTP Password enter your BWI Password
- For Store License enter your BWI Organization
- Leave Police Division blank
- Ignore Export Images to Leads Online
- Leave FTP Server URL blank
- Leave Pledger Statement (Mesa PD Only) blank
Click Save.
There are two options for BWI export.
- BWI
- BWI Real Time
If you are not certain which option you need, please contact Bravo Support at 888-407-6287, option 3.
Sending the Export
Click on Police Exports from the Bravo Dashboard.
The radio button 
will default to Send New Items which is what you want to send to the BWI and complete the police export.
If you need to resend an earlier date, select the radio button 
next to Resend Prior Export and select the correct date.
Bravo keeps the last 90 DAYS of police exports for the Resend Prior Export button to use.
Bravo will gather the data for export to Leads. You will see a progress bar showing the status of your export:
Once complete, the status bar will disappear.
The Police Export Button will now show no active items.
Your export is complete for the day.
