Police Holds Report
Learn how to place, manage, and release police holds in Bravo for accurate item tracking and law enforcement compliance.
The Police Holds report allows you to view a list of all loans on a police hold for a specified date range.
This report can be found under Operational Reports as well as All Reports.
Clicking on Police Holds will bring you to the report screen where you can select the region, store and date range for the report.
Once you have entered the parameters click from the right hand side of the screen.
As the report is running, you will see a notification that the report is loading. Clicking Cancel will abort the reporting process.
Once the report is run, you will see a list of all loans placed on police hold during the date range selected.
This report will pull data based on the date that the items were placed on hold.
The report can be sorted by:
- Store
- Customer
- Ticket Number
- Disposition Date
- Case#/Office/Comments
- Trans (I=Inventory, B=Buy, P=Pawn)
- Item
- Item Cost
- Status
