The Range Activity Summary report provides a detailed breakdown of all operations related to Range Management functionality:
- See revenue data for rentals, sales and fees per lane and lane bay for a particular time-period
- See number of customer, minors and range tickets per lane and lane bay for a particular time-period
To run this report, from the Dashboard, click on Reports button on the lower right.
On the Reports screen, select Range Activity Summary. Please note that this report is only available together with Range Management functionality of Bravo.
Double click on report name or select the report and click the Preview button on the right and the Range Activity Summary Report Configuration dialog opens.
In the configuration dialog, select the Report Dates, Lane Bay(s) and Group By option:
- Group by Lane Bay (default) – will show the report data grouped by the lane bay(s) in your store
- Group by Lane – will show the report data grouped by the lane(s) in your store
Click OK to generate the report. In the example below we have the report generated for all Lane Bays in our store, Grouped By Lane Bay.
Note each section with the lane bay name. The Subtotal line shows a subtotal for a particular lane bay.
Total line displays the total for all selected lane bay(s) in your store.
In the example below, see the report grouped by a lane (within the selected bays). The Subtotal line displays values for a particular lane for each day of the report.
The Total line at the end of the report displays the total for all lane(s) within the selected bays.
