Reports for Range Management
Learn how to access and use reports for Range Management in Bravo, including tracking lane usage, rental activity, and fee revenue for improved oversight and operational insights.
Range Management includes a dedicated report called, Range Activity Summary report. There are also other existing reports that will have Range Management information. These reports will also be covered in this article plus miscellaneous information. Click any link below to go to the desired topic.
Range Activity Summary
To run this report, from the Dashboard, go to Reports on the bottom right.
On the Reports screen, in the Sales Reports category, select Range Activity Summary.
Click the Preview button on the right and the Range Activity Summary Report Configuration dialog opens.

In the configuration dialog, select the Report Dates, Lane Bay(s) and Group By option:
- Group by Lane Bay (default) – will show the report data grouped by the lane bay(s) in your store
- Group by Lane – will show the report data grouped by the lane(s) in your store
Click OK to generate the report.
Note that the report is broke down by lane name for all available lanes. There will be a Subtotal summary for each lane and at the bottom a grand Total for all selected Lanes Bay(s)
End of Day Consolidated
In "End of Day Consolidated Report" the revenue from range transactions is displayed inside Sales Activity section:
- Taxable Sales/Nontaxable Sales - display range sale and fee revenue in In-Store (for Sales) and Fees (for Fees) columns, respectively
- Taxable Rentals/Nontaxable rentals - display the revenue from rental firearms in Fees column

End of Month
In "End of Month" report shows the revenue from range transactions is displayed in:
- Cash flow section (first page of the report) - inside Taxable Sales/Non-tax Sales columns. This applies to all range revenue - sales, fees, rentals.
- Sales section:

- Taxable Sales/Nontaxable Sales - displays range sales
- Taxable Fees/Nontaxable Fees - displays range fees and rentals

- Sales Activity section - same as End Of Day Consolidated report


Sales Accounting
In "Sales Accounting" report, the revenue from range transactions is displayed in:
- Taxable Sales, Nontaxable Sales columns - displays range sales
- Taxable Fees, Nontaxable Fees columns - displays range fees and rentals

Miscellaneous
- Customer IDs can be scanned for quick search, just click Scan button
- You can add an unlimited number of customers per range ticket
- You can add up to 5 minors per customer by default. This can be increased or decreased based on store policies.
- Tendering the customer is possible in any status, except Completed
- Tendering the customer before saving, will save his ticket to Waiting List automatically
- Each customer in the ticket is tendered separately, via Transactions screen
- Some of the cart items can be removed and/or modified even after saving the range ticket. See details below:

- You can search the range ticket number via Smart Search either by scanning the barcode on the range pass or entering the number manually.
- All range tickets in Waiting List, Range and Checkout status will be automatically transferred to the next day
- The Reload button – Syncs the range data across multiple workstations.

- This is useful when working on two or more workstations in the store, as it allows for loading the most recent range data from other workstations
- This feature helps us avoid double booking, incorrect range ticket information, etc.
