To require actual item images to be taken for loan, buy, consignment, and trade items, check the "Item Photo" checkbox located under POP CONFIG > Require Images on the Configuration tab in System Configuration.
When this requirement is enabled, a red validation box will appear during acquisition on the Add Item Screen.
This image requirement will not apply when purchasing items through the Inventory screen or when pricing items for sale.
Images will also not be required when reloaning on an item, unless you enter the Estimator to edit that item.
