Returns Analysis
The Returns Analysis report helps you monitor returned merchandise by reason, quantity, and cost to identify trends and minimize future losses.
The Returns Analysis report will show a list of returned sales by store, organized by transaction number, date, employee and amount.
This report can be found under Sales Reports as well as All Reports.
Clicking on Returns Analysis will bring you to the reporting screen where you can select a store as well as a custom date range for the report.
Once you have entered the parameters click from the right hand side of the screen.
As the report is running, you will see a notification that the report is loading. Clicking Cancel will abort the reporting process.
Once the report is run, you will see a list of items that have been returned for the selected store within the given date range.
The report can be further sorted by the following columns:
- Store
- Transaction Number
- Business Day
- Employee
- Return Amount
