RISS Police Export
Learn how to configure and submit police exports to RISS through Bravo, including formatting requirements and required fields.
As of January 2024 RISS no longer allows new stores to use FTP (File Transfer Protocol) for uploads.
Instead, the store will take the export that comes from Bravo and upload it to RISS's remote cloud storage system.
Before the process can begin the RISS Export will need to be downloaded from this site:
www.bravoinstall.com/bravoinstall/plugins
- Download and install the RISS Prop plugin.
Then the store will need to load Bravo and make their PRIMARY POLICE EXPORT CONFIG be RISS
Nothing needs to be filled out for the Police Export Config besides the Export Type being set to RISS

The process of getting the export looks like this from Bravo's end:
Step 1: Select Police Export from the Dashboard and while the radio button is selected on Send New Items select OK.

Step 2: Select a folder for where the export will go (It is possible make a new folder or select wherever the file will be most easily found) and select Save (The name of the file can be changed if desired)

Step 3: The store will then upload the file to RISS's remote cloud storage system. For instructions on this RISS will need to be contacted:
