Sales Deep Dive Report
The Sales Deep Dive report offers detailed insights into item-level sales, including category, sale type, cost, profit, and associate performance.
The Sales Deep Dive report will show all items sold, including sales price, cost, and margin. This report can be run company-wide or store-by-store. You can drill down further by category or item type.
This report can be found under Sales Reports as well as All Reports.
Clicking on Sales Deep Dive will bring you to the reporting screen where you can select a store, enter a date range, select a category, and select a type. The date range can be any amount of time you want to look up. Note: The longer the range of dates, the more time this report will take to load.
You can narrow the report by category by selecting from the Category drop down list:
You can also narrow the report by item type, such as Jewelry, Firearms, or Other.
Once you have entered the parameters click from the right hand side of the screen.
As the report is running, you will see a notification that the report is loading. Clicking Cancel will abort the reporting process.
Once the report is run, you will see all sales for the selected store during the given date range.
This report can be further sorted by the following columns:
- Store
- Ticket Number
- Sale Date
- Quantity
- Sales Amount
- Shipping
- Discount (percentage)
- Item Cost
- Margin (percentage)
- Employee
- Spec Type
- Area Name
- Department Name (Category)
- Class Name (sub-category)
- Style Name (specific style)
- Brand
- Tag Description
- Age (Number of days in inventory before sale)
