The Search Inventory report allows you to search inventory by keyword either by store or company wide.
This report can be found in Inventory Reports as well as All Reports.
Clicking on Search Inventory will bring you to the report screen where you can select the region, store, type and enter your keyword to search.
You must select "All" from Store if you wish to search Company Wide. Otherwise, you will receive this error:
Once you have entered the parameters click 
from the right hand side of the screen.
As the report is running, you will see a notification that the report is loading. Clicking Cancel will abort the reporting process.
Once the report is run, you will see a list of items that match your search query.
The top of the report will show you how many items matched your search, and will also show the total cost for the resulting items.
This report can be sorted by the following columns:
- Age
- Inventory Number
- Inventory Status
- Brand
- Category
- Model
- Serial Number
- Description
- Quantity
- Price
- Cost
- Store
