  • The Loan Notice Template appears and below is an explanation of the main parts
  • Data points - Above the Header, these are all the data that can be inserted in the Notice.
  • Header - The top of each letter after the address of the customer and the store.
  • Table: One entry per loan - This is the information shown to each customer for all the loans they have in the store.
  • Ticket Barcode checkbox - This allows your store to scan the barcode on the notice to bring up the loan in Bravo.
  • Table: Repeating footer per loan - After each Table: one entry per loan, this setting will have whatever information you wanted after each loan.
  • Footer - This is generic information that will relate to all loans. Such as what the total Renewal amount would be, or what the new Default Date (aka Forfeiture Date) will be for all loans.
  • When the modifications are done, the Loan Notice Template will pop up showing how your notices will reach customers.
  • There are several choices of data points that you can insert into your notice depending on your needs.
  • To add these data points, begin typing your template, and when you want to use a data point in a certain area, click on it.
  • When you are done, click the Ok button.

In the example animation below you can see we are adding in the Ticket.PayoffAmount data point after saying what the amount will be in the Table: Repeating footer per loan.

  • Make sure to click the SAVE button on the top left to ave the Template and then click Done to back to the Dashboard.

Printing a Loan Notice

If a notice is not sent during the Pawn Notice Hold Period set in the regulation, once the hold period has passed, the loan will also be found in the Loans To Expire section where it can be expired. CAUTION: Just expiring a loan when your shop needs to send a notice may be illegal!
  • On the Dashboard, loans that need a notice sent are going to be shown in the Send Loan Notice task bubble.
  • When clicking on the Task bubble for Send Loan Notice, you are sent to the Loans/Buys Loan Notice screen.
  • Find the Print Notice and Print all Notices options on the right side menu.

Print Notice - Whatever loan is highlighted in the grid will have a notice printed for it.

Print all Notices - All loans on the sheet will print a notice.

  • Once you select which way you are going to print one or more notices you will need to hit Save on the top right.

Bravo then takes you to the Loan/Buys Review Pending Changes screen where you can see the loan(s) that were marked to print a Notice.

  • The Disposition column shows NOTICE in yellow and Bravo and a Confirmations prompt window asks to save the changes, Yes or No.
  • Click the Yes button to save and print the notice(s).
This is the last chance to hit NO and make any changes before the loan gets a notice printed and begins the Notice Period.
