Setup Bravo with QuickBooks Online and the SaasAnt Transactions Importer and Deleter App

Learn how to connect Bravo to QuickBooks Online and manage imports using the SaaSANT Transactions app

First, we need to map all General Ledger Accounts in Bravo with QuickBooks Online.

How-To Video tutorial for Setting Up General Ledger Accounts in Bravo and QuickBooks Online:

Duration: 25 minutes. Written instructions are provided below.

Begin Login to Bravo and from the Dashboard select System Configuration

Select Company from the left Menu then General Ledger Accounts.

Don’t forget to click Edit to begin mapping.

During the mapping process remember to use our Chart of Account Guide to know what each account is used for and the expected Type it should be in QuickBooks.

Click the link for the Guide >> Chart of Accounts Guide

For companies with multiple locations, you will need to use *store* for all accounts and *xstore* for inter-store accounts. The *store* can be placed at the beginning or end of the account number. The sample column will show you the final number that should match the account number in your chart of accounts in QuickBooks.

The *store* will grab the GL Store Number entered on your information Tab.

The Account Numbers should match the account number or Name on your charts of accounts in QuickBooks Online.

Once finished mapping, from QuickBooks Dashboard select Apps from the left menu, then search for “Bulk Imports” (SaasAnt)

Select “Get App now” and follow the instructions to link the SaasAnt Transactions Importer and Deleter app with QuickBooks

In Bravo from the Dashboard Select Post to Accounting

Ensure the Export Format is set to “QB Online w/SaasAnt” from the list.

Click Post on the un-posted date

Select where you would like to save the file and Click Save.

Once SaasAnt is linked with QuickBooks, select “new import” from the left menu, then Journal Entries.

From there select Browse or drag and drop the CSV file you exported from Bravo.

If you select Browse, then select the CSV file from the folder you saved the file.

Click Review
