Signature on File?
A Signature on File refers to a saved employee or customer signature stored securely in Bravo. Once stored, the signature can be automatically applied to supported documents and transactions.
Currently, signatures on file are used in:
-
E4473 Forms (for firearm compliance)
-
Check Printing (payout using checks)
How to Add or Update a Signature
- From the right-side menu, click System Configuration.
- In the Company Tree, expand your store.
- Expand the Employee Tree and select the employee whose signature needs to be added.
- Click Edit, then navigate to the Signature section.
- Click Add to upload a saved signature file.
- Use the Browse button to locate and upload the signature image.
- Adjust the Brightness and Contrast using the preview tools if needed.
- Click Save to store the signature.
Note: Be sure to review the employee signature disclaimer with the employee before saving their signature.

E4473 Signature
When completing firearm transactions that require the E4473, employees must sign the digital form to certify the submission.
How It Works:
-
The employee logged in during the transaction is prompted to apply their stored signature when finalizing the E4473.
-
If no digital signature is saved, the system will ask the user to sign before submission.
- The stored signature becomes a part of the official 4473 record and cannot be edited afterward.
