Signing Into A Different Store - Global Workstation
You will learn how to sign into a different store in Bravo using Global Workstation, allowing employees to work across multiple locations with proper access.
TO SIGN IN TO A DIFFERENT STORE USING A GLOBAL WORKSTATION
Step 1: Employee Profile Region
You must make sure that your profile has the same region (or bigger) than the store you are signing in to. (See User Configuration)
Ex. Nevada stores will have the region of USA/Nevada. If your profile has the region of USA you will be allowed to log in to any of your stores, provided they are in the USA.
Consequently if your profile has the region of California or it says This Store Only, you will NOT be able to log in to the Nevada store.
To find what your employee profile is for region (if you have the securities to go to System Configuration) go to System Configuration. Drop down the store tab, then the employee tab. Find your name and click on it.

NOTE: You can only VIEW your own profile, you cannot edit it. Someone with the same status as you (manager, able to access System Configuration) can change it for you. Or if no one in your store has access, you being the only manager/owner you will need to call Bravo Support for assistance in switching it.

STEP 2: How to Sign in
How you will actually sign in to a different store than the store your employee profile originated from is the following:
USERNAME@(Originating store’s 3 letter code)
Password as normal
You can find your 3 letter code at the top of Bravo when signed in or on the System Configuration list on the left hand side.
Ex. My profile originates at my TST store so to sign in I’m going to do:
TRAVIS@TST
