Reading the Report

The Sold Inventory Report shows all inventory items sold or processed through Bravo.

It can be grouped to get a margin for each sales channel, associate, or category.

When Grouped, the report will show a subtotal and a grand total.

Subtotal will be provided for each grouping.  For example, in a report that was grouped by omni-channel, there will be a subtotal for each sales channel: Buya, In Store, eBay, Craigslist, etc.

The report can also be run without details to provide a snapshot of your sales.  The below is a report that was run grouped by employee with the details omitted.

This gives a snapshot of how each employee is doing in terms of margin as well as total price sold.

Additional notes for special cases:

  • Returns will show the Associate(s) that originally appeared when the item was first sold.
  • Items sold via layaway are shown on the report on the date that they leave the store. For example, if a layaway is created on 1/1/2017, then paid off on 4/5/2017, the item will appear on the business date for the transaction on 4/5/2017. If the item is a firearm, and it is not picked up until 4/7/2017, the item will appear on the business date for the pickup transaction on 4/7/2017.
  • The Sold Inventory Report does NOT include scrap sales, however, these sales ARE included on the Employee Performance Report and can cause a difference in the figures.
