Connectivity Issues - Summary of Events

 

Thank you for your patience. Everything is back up and running and we wanted to give you a summary of what happened.

On November 22, 2017 at 12:56pm PST, Bravo went down for all users. This was caused by a load balancer issue which unfortunately caused all of our customers to become disconnected. 

Once we identified the problem, we worked to reset the load balancer. 
By 1:21pm PDT, all customers had reconnected to Bravo once again.

Our team is working closely with the load balancer company to ensure an issue like this doesn't happen again. 

We understand that people depend on Bravo to run their stores, and we are deeply sorry for the disruption this caused.

 


 

We've been tracking connections to Bravo and believe that all stores should once more be able to access Bravo. 1:21pm PDT

 

The fix we've rolled out is showing positive results. Please hold tight as we work to get everyone back into Bravo running transactions. 1:20pm PDT

 

After initially thinking the connectivity issues were ISP related, we have isolated the connectivity issues to our load balancer. We hope to bring some good news soon.  1:09pm PDT

 

We are aware of the connectivity issues and are actively researching. 12:56pm PDT
