Stock Adjustment for Non-Serialized SKU
Learn how to update quantity and cost values for non-serialized SKUs using the Stock Adjustment feature in Bravo’s Stock Management.

The Stock Adjustment tab allows you to edit cost and quantity on non-serialized SKU items without being required to attach a vendor or other specific information.

Instructions
- From the Dashboard select Inventory and then Stock Management from the side menu.
- Click on the Stock Adjustment Tab.
Creating a New Stock Adjustment
- Click on Add Stock Adjustment in the right panel.
- Use the search bar to enter a SKU, UPC, or Description
- For each item, you can update:
- Qty +/-: Add or remove quantity
- Unit Cost +/-: Adjust the cost per unit of the items being added/removed
- Total Cost +/-: Change the total cost for this item
- Qty +/-: Add or remove quantity
Important Notes
- The system automatically calculates new totals based on your adjustments.
- You'll see updated fields like "New In Stock" and "New Avg Unit Cost" to help you understand the impact of your changes.
- Serialized items (like firearms) cannot be adjusted through this feature.
Viewing Past Adjustments
- All your saved adjustments appear in a list on the Stock Adjustments tab.
- You can filter this list by different time periods (30 days, 90 days, etc.).
- Double-click any past adjustment to view its details (note: you can't edit past adjustments).
Printing and Reporting
- From Dashboard, select Inventory and then Stock Management.
- Select Print Stock Adjustment from the side menu to get a paper copy of any adjustment.
- For Reports, the Ad Hoc Reporting feature lets you create custom reports about your stock adjustments.
Batch Loading
- Batch loading is available for all Tabs in Stock Management. Initially, the first 50 items are displayed, and by clicking "Show More," the next 50 items will be loaded into the grid.
- The list is arranged based on the most recent "status date" at the top.

If you don't see the Stock Adjustments tab, you may not have permission to use this feature.
