Stock Management

Overview of Bravo's Stock Management screen, including how to view, edit, receive, and manage SKUs, quantities, and pricing in one place.

This article describes the Stock Management screen in Bravo. This screen incorporates the following functionality, Purchase Orders, Adding General Merchandise, Adding Jewelry, while also introducing the new Receivings functionality.

Depending on the store configuration, this screen may include the following tabs:

  • Purchase Orders
    • Contains all the store's Purchase Orders, to learn more about this feature read the article, Purchase Orders.
  • Receivings
    • Contains all the store's Receivings, to learn more about this feature read the article, Receivings.

Accessing Stock Management

  • The Stock Management screen can be accessed directly from Bravo Dashboard through the Inventory drop-down menu.

  • Or selecting Inventory from the side menu and then Stock Management.
  • Upon opening the Stock Management screen, the default TAB is Purchase Orders.

  • The second TAB on the Stock Management screen is Receivings. This tab contains all Receivings in the current store.
  • The left panel displays information about selected Receivings similar to the left panel on Purchase Orders.

You can filter existing Receivings by status:

To create new Receiving, click the Add Receiving button on the right panel.

  • Received
    • This filter is selected by default
    • To edit an existing Receiving, click Edit Receiving.

    • Please note that only Receivings in Received status can be edited.

  • Completed

Batch Loading

  • Batch loading is now available in Stock Management for all tabs. The first 50 items are shown initially, with more loaded in batches of 50 when you click the Show More button. Items are sorted by the most recent Status Date at the top.
