Bravo can calculate storage for each loan item with a unique cubic feet calculator. A new regulation is required for this feature.
To obtain a new regulation, please contact our support team at 888-407-6287 Option 3.
- Once you have a new regulation with this feature set up, you will see a new Storage Size tab in Add Item Screen of the Estimator when you bring up an item for Pawn.
- You can either add the inches or feet for Length, Width and Height.
- You can also put in just the Total Cubic Footage if you already did the measurements.
- For this example we will enter 10 on the Total Cu. Ft for a Lawnmower.
- Once the item is added to the Transactions screen, click Edit to open the Pawn Ticket Detail.
- The Storage Amount in the Pawn Ticket Detail window will always be the maximum that the cubic footage will allow for.
- If you want to give a customer a discount, you can adjust the storage fee from $0 to the maximum allowed for the selected cubic feet.
- For our example below we can go from $0-$35 for the Storage Amount.
- You cannot exceed the maximum Storage Amount for your cubic foot settings. For instance, when we set the Storage Amount to an amount exceeding the maximum, we encountered this error.
