Transfers report
You will learn how to run the Transfers Report in Bravo to track item movements between stores, including transfer status, dates, and item details.
Keep track of items transferred to other stores and items transferred to vendors or a store. Report by date range to see history of what was transferred on a specific date. Group by destination to see how much was sent to a specific store or vendor. Show only the outstanding transfers that have not been received. For vendor batches, sorting by the Return Date can help to keep up with any items that have been lingering for too long.
Concerns & Considerations:
This report should only be given to employees responsible for transferring and receiving items between stores and/or between the store and a vendor. This report replaces the “Outstanding Transfers” report.
To access this report:
From the Bravo Dashboard, select Reports.

From the Reports screen, under Closing Reports, find Transfers and then click Preview.

Report Configuration:

Range of days:
Default date is today's date. The dates for Range of days are tied to the date the items were sent.
Group by Destination:
This option can be helpful to see subtotals by the destination an item has been sent to.
Outstanding only:
This option ignores the date and only shows the items that have been sent but not received. This replaces the previous “Outstanding Transfers” report.
Sort by Return Date:
Vendor batches have an optional Return Date that can be specified when creating the vendor batch. This is helpful for vendor batches that have a Return Date specified to see what Return Date’s have passed and what is upcoming in order to know when to contact the vendor. Should not be used in combination with “Group by Destination”. Keep in mind that Store-to-Store batches will not have a Return Date, so if this was selected and you are trying to find a Store-to-Store batch, it will come up empty.
Show Details:
When checked, all items of the batch are shown, including (Item Quantity, Item Number, Item Description). When not checked, each batch is summarized into a single line. Replace Item Quantity with a total of items in each batch. Item number and Item description are removed. Cost of all items in the batch is added.
Result:
If running this report for Vendor Transfers it must be ran by the store that created and sent the batch out. If the transfer was a Store-to-Store batch, it can be ran by either the sending store or the receiving store only.
Without "Show Details" the report will only show the total Price and Cost of the items like so:

And if you decide to "Show Details" the report will break out which items were sent in the batch for the range of dates ran. Like so:
