Turning OFF the MobilePawn chat function
Instructions for disabling MobilePawn chat to stop customers from sending or receiving messages through the app.
This video will go through how to turn OFF the 2 way chat functionality in Bravo. This video has a run time of 40 seconds.
Here are the individual steps to perform this:
1. Go to System Configuration in Bravo
2. Go to your employees profile
3. Navigate to the Security portion of their profile.
4. Click Edit on the top of this section.
5. Navigate down to the MobilePawn Mobile Integration
6. Turn off 'Receive chat from customers on mobile'
7. Hit Save on the top of the screen.
8. Repeat for all employees at the store.
