UK Private Treaty

Learn how to pay out a surplus from a Private Treaty when one or more items on the same ticket are returned to the customer.

The following video will give a brief synopsis of how to use the Private Treaty functionality.

The Private Treaty functionality CANNOT be used with the UK Auctions functionality. We would suggest that you use Private Treaty as your main function and if an item sold to an Auction House to do a Vendor Transfer.

 

Notes on Private Treaty:

  • You CANNOT split items. The loan will not go to Private Treaty.
  • Backdated pledges CANNOT be done. The loan will not go to Private Treaty. Please consult with your onboarding manager about doing a conversion from your current software to Bravo.
  • Items MUST be priced prior to scrapping or selling to a vendor. We have added functionality in 2.5.6 to make sure this step is followed.
  • Pledges done under £75 will not go to Private Treaty.
