Using Range Management
Learn how to use Bravo’s Range Management feature to check in customers, assign lanes, apply fees, and track time on the range for streamlined firearm range operations.
After completing the Range Management configurations, you are ready to use it. This article will cover the following:
Adding Customers
Adding Minors
Select an available Lane
Adding a firearm to Range Ticket
Collect Payment
Adding Customers
You can start by watching a video clip on How to Create a Range Ticket for a new or an existing customer, here or follow the steps below.
- From the Dashboard, select Range Management from the right side menu and start by selecting an existing customer or adding a new customer.
- To add a another customer to the same Range Ticket, click on the Add New Customer button on the right
- To remove a customer from the same Range Ticket, click on the Remove Customer button on the right
Adding additional customers to the range ticket is especially useful for group visitors. To watch a video clip on Creating a Range Ticket for a Group, click here .
Note: You cannot remove a customer from the range ticket after the cart has been tendered or the ticket has been moved to Range status.
Add Minors
In addition to adult customers, you can also include minors, to a range ticket.
- To add minors, click the Minors button while still on the Range Management Screen.

The Minors dialog box comes up

- Inside Minors dialogue, click the Create New button and enter first and last names of the minor and birth date.
- Click OK

Next step is checking the Waiver checkbox after the customer has signed the Liability Waiver at the store.
This needs to be verified by the store employee manually to avoid liability issues.
Select an available Lane
- Go to the Bay Section and select an available Lane that works best for the customer.

Adding a Rentals and Fees to Range Ticket

- Go to the Cart Tab and then select the Rental List button to add a firearm.
- Select a firearm from the Rental List screen and click on the Add button on the right.
- Next, click the Fees & Packages button to add Range duration.
- Click on the Rental Fees tab and select any desired accessories and click Add.
- The cart now is updated with your selections.
Collect Payment
- Clicking on Tender Cart button on right panel will bring you to the Transactions screen.
- Click Next to collect payment.
- After collecting payment and printing a receipt. A confirmation windows appears.
- To put the customer on the Waiting List, click Add to Waiting List or Cancel

Selecting Yes will transfer the customer to the "range" section, start the timer.
