View Transaction
To quickly find a transaction, use Bravo's Void/View Transactions feature. This article will show you how to find a transaction with a receipt number or doing a manual search.
Instructions
If you have the receipt number:
- From the Dashboard, click on Void/View Transactions
- Select Find Transaction on the right
- Scan or enter the Transaction Number from the receipt

NOTE: If you're trying to reprint a loan payment receipt that has had additional payments, the Maturity Date, Default Date, and extended days will show the latest transaction details, not the original transaction.
- On the receipt the Transaction number is located next to the barcode.

- This will bring up the Transactions (Void/View) screen with the receipt number.
- Selecting Next takes you to the Tender Screen, where Voiding a transaction is possible if the transaction was done on the same business day.
- You can Reprint Receipt and View Receipt
- If a customer was added to the transaction, NOT for Fast Sales, you can:

- Resend eReceipt
- Resend Review Link
- Active Loans

- Click on the item(s) in the list to view any details such as Discounts or Descriptions.
If you don't have the receipt number:
- From the Dashboard, click on Void/View Transactions
- Start by narrowing the search criteria.
- From the left side of the screen, select a date from Business Date.
- Then select the Workstation, Employee, or Till Session to search.

- You always need to have a Business Date.
If your store has not been properly closed, transactions may appear on a business date that differs from the calendar date. If you cannot locate any transactions, try selecting the previous business date.
- You will see a list of transactions.
- Highlight a transaction and then select View to see the details.

- Selecting View on a TILL OPEN-BALANCE transaction for example has the following action options:

- Reprint Receipt
- View Receipt
