Viewing Past Due Pending Transactions
This article explains how to view past due or pending transactions in Bravo. It shows you where to find overdue loans, layaways, and other transactions that need follow-up using the Pending Transactions report or Bravo dashboard filters.
The Pending Transactions feature has been enhanced to make it easier to identify customers with past due transactions from the transactions screen
When you view a customer's transactions, the Pending Transactions button will be highlighted in red if the customer has any past due pending transactions at your store location. A red counter bubble on the button will also display the number of past due pending transactions. Note: The bubble counter will not reflect expired transactions.

To view the past due transactions:
Click on the Pending Transactions button to open the Pending Transactions pop-up.
All Past due transactions will be highlighted in salmon red within the pop-up and are automatically sorted with past due items at the top.

- The new "Due Date" column will now show the following information for each transaction types:
- Loans/Pawns: The loan due date
- Layaways: The next payment due date
- Consignments: The date the status changed to "Return Due" or "Payment Due"
- Hold Sales: The day the firearm was approved
- Repairs: The day the repair was completed
The new visual indicators on the Pending Transactions button and within the pop-up make it easier to quickly identify and address past due transactions from the transactions screen.
