Payment Methods and How to Complete Transactions from the Tender Screen
If your customers pays for a Buya.com item using PayPal:
When completing the transaction, the payment will already show as tendered and you can just click Save. The normal credit and check tender buttons on the right will be disabled.
If your customers pay for a Buya.com item using any other** payment method:
**Note that Payment Method does not show Web PayPal. It was a card they used through the "Direct Pay", so the customer should be calling you to give you their card information or you can call them using their Web Profile as the contact info.
When completing the transaction, the balance due will show as outstanding and you must contact the customer to confirm/accept payment for the item. This usually means calling the customer to process a credit card over the phone, or confirming that their check has been received or is on the way. To finish the transaction you will need to select a method of payment from the options on the right just like if the customer was in the store.
