This article will walk you through the process of paying for a Sale with a Gift Card as outlined in the article Make A Sale.
Instructions
- At the Tender Screen, select Gift Card
- The customer will provide the gift card printed on a label.
- The Use Gift Card Detail window appears
- Scan or Type in the Gift Card Number.
- The Use Gift Card Detail window shows the gift card's status and balance, including the Amount Remaining after use.
- If the gift card does not cover the full cost of the sale, the Use Gift Card Detail window will show an Amount Outstanding.
- Select a secondary Tender Type for the remaining balance and complete the transaction.
- Bravo will print a sales receipt.
If the customer presents a Gift Card that has a balance of $0.00, the gift card Status will be Used.
- Click Cancel and select an alternate Tender Type to complete the transaction.
