Customer Loyalty Platform - Configuration
Learn how to set up Bravo’s Customer Loyalty Platform, including how to configure pawn multipliers based on customer analytics and define your reward program structure.

From the Bravo Dashboard, click System Configuration.
From System Configuration, click the Estimator tab, then click the Customer Loyalty Platform for Pawn tab.

Click Edit.
Click on the drop-down next to Based On.

Select one of the following options:
- Redemption Rate –This percentage is calculated based on the total dollar amount redeemed over the total amount loaned and not the quantity of loans redeemed over the total quantity of loans. For example, a 50% redemption rate means the person redeemed 50% of the value of all their loans.
- Lifetime Value – LTV reflects a customer’s profitability over their entire history compared to other customers at the company. This calculation takes into account history around pawn and retail transactions. If the rating is 10% the customer’s profitability is better than only 10% of all customers. A 90% rating is better than 90% of all customers.
In the Start column, define the start values or leave the defaults.

In the Pawn Multiplier column, define the multipliers associated with each start value.

The table will look like this:

Start values define the bracket in which customers will fall to receive the associated Pawn Multiplier. The Pawn Mult iplier is the percentage to increase or decrease the loan from the normal estimate. For example using the configuration above, if a customer has a 73% redemption rate, the suggested Customer Reward will apply a Pawn Multiplier of 10%. If a customer has less then 50% redemption, the loan values will decrease accordingly.
Click Save.
