Bravo has an electronic monthly key performance indicator report specifically formatted for easy viewing and navigation from a mobile device. For Multi-Store chains, the employee will receive an individual email per store based on region once a month. For every store within the employee's region the employee will receive an email detailing the previous month on the 1st of every new month representing that store.

Loan balance:
Show balance at the end of the month, and the percentage is the difference between that month and the previous month
Inventory balance:
Show balance at the end of the month, and the percentage is the difference between that month and the previous month
New Customers:
Any new customer that performed a transaction in the month, and the percentage is the difference between that month and the previous month
Redemption Rate:
The percentage of loans that ended in the month (forfeited, bought, confiscated, redeemed) that were actually redeemed, and the percentage is the difference between that month and the previous month. Calculation is Expired Amt / Ending Loan Balance Amt
Mobile Pawn Details:
Loan Payments Collected:
The dollar amount and quantity of loan payments collected during the month
Layaway Payments Collected:
The dollar amount and quantity of layaway payments collected during the month
Total Payments Collected:
The dollar amount, quantity, and percentage of change from last month, of the total Mobile Pawn transactions during the month
Top Review Employees:
Top 3 employees sending reviews for the month and the quantity each employee sent for the month.
Productivity Details:
Audits Completed:
The number of PI audits completed during the month
Remote Approvals:
The total number of mobile approvals sent during the month
Texts Sent:
The total number of successfully sent SMS messages during the month
Reviews Sent:
The total number of review links sent during the month
Omni Channel Details:
Sold on Buya:
The number and amount of sales on Buya during the month. Does not include gift cards, shipping charges, or tax. Does take into consideration returns.
Sold on eBay:
The number and amount of sales on eBay during the month. Does not include gift cards, shipping charges, or tax. Does take into consideration returns.
Sold on Company Branded:
The number and amount of sales on company branded website during the month. Does not include gift cards, shipping charges, or tax. Does take into consideration returns.
Order Cancellations:
The number of online orders that were canceled, along with the cancellation rate during the month.
Employee Email configuration:
In order for an employee to begin receiving the Monthly KPI E-Mail, this needs to be setup in system configuration. Need to select the employee, then Edit the employee. This is located in (System Config -> Left side tree -> Expand the store icon -> Expand the Employee icon -> Select the employee)
Checkbox and Email:
Next step is to make sure the employee has a valid email address entered, then click the checkbox to begin receiving the Monthly KPI E-Mail. Make sure to click save after making these changes.
